​​​​​By submitting your client bookings via the OUTRIGGER Expert Advisor website, our team will be automatically notified of your guests arrival and provide them with the amenity upon check-in. Please note, amenities are only provided on client stays of 3+ nights or more.
Yes! Bookings may be submitted up to 30 days after departure.
​​Yes! Our certified OUTRIGGER Expert Advisors are encouraged to come and experience our properties firsthand. You can check rates and availability on www.OUTRIGGER.com using promo code ‘OEA’ and your discount will automatically be applied. Please note, this rate is for agent use and proof of OUTRIGGER Expert Advisor certification will be required at check-in.
We ask that you book no more than two rooms at a time using your OUTRIGGER Expert Advisor rate.
Yes! Once your redemption request has been approved and your reservation has been confirmed, we are able to update the reservation to reflect whomever you choose.
