Welcome Amenity
Report a booking of 3 nights or longer and your clients receive a free welcome amenity upon arrival, delivered in your name. Please note these helpful guidelines:
- A welcome amenity is provided for client stays of 3 nights or longer.
- One welcome amenity is awarded per reported booking.
- A booking must be reported online. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days prior to your client’s arrival to process the amenity request. If your client is traveling within 5 business days, please report your booking as soon as possible and we will always do our best to accommodate.
- Bookings can be made through a tour operator, travel website, GDS or direct with OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels.
- Welcome amenities vary by property and may change from time to time without prior notice.

Rules for Redeeming Reward Points
Redeem your reward points for complimentary room nights when you reach a minimum of 2,000 points in your account. Each increment of 2,000 reward points is valid for one complimentary room night at one of the following hotels:
- OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort
- OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel
- OUTRIGGER Kona Resort and Spa
- OUTRIGGER Mauritius Resort and Spa
- OUTRIGGER Fiji Beach Resort
- OUTRIGGER Koh Samui Beach Resort
- OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort
- OUTRIGGER Khao Lak Beach Resort

Rules for redeeming reward points:
- Reward points are awarded on paid, completed, client-night stays. Bookings may be reported any time prior to clients’ arrival, up to 30 days after client departure. Bookings reported more than 30 days after client departure will not be eligible for reward points.
- Each night is equivalent to 100 points.
- An account balance of less than 2,000 points has no value.
- An account balance of less than 2,000 points may not be redeemed for room nights.
- Points may not be sold or transferred at any time.
- Complimentary room nights are non-transferrable.
- Rules and reward points are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Up to 2 complimentary room nights per stay; additional room nights at OEA exclusive rate.
- Blackout dates may apply.
