• Deposit Policy: A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax due at time of booking. 
• Cancellation Policy: A reservation must be canceled three (3) or more days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax.
