• Cancellation Policy:
  • Low and Shoulder Season (Apr 21-Sep 30) - Cancellations received 3 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 1 night room rate plus tax.
  • High Season (Jan 6-Apr 20; Oct 1-Dec 23) - Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 1 night room rate plus tax. Cancellation received 1 day or less prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of total booking value.
  • Peak Season (Dec 24-Jan 5) - Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 1 night room rate plus tax. Cancellation received 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of total booking value.
