• Deposit Policy: A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax due at time of booking. 
• Cancellation Policy: Standard cancellation policy is a 1-night charge if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival.  Advance Purchase policy is non-refundable. Promotions may be subject to unique cancellation policies that will be transmitted through our system. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation and deposit policies when making a reservation to ensure the reservation rules for each booking are clear.
• Year-End Cancellation Policy: For arrivals December 20 to January 1 – cancellations made 30 to 0 days prior to arrival or no shows are subject to a cancellation charge of the first 2 night’s room and tax.
