Policies

• Taxes: 18.712% (11% Transient Accommodations Tax; 4.712% General Excise Tax; 3% County Tax).
• Additional Persons: $40 USD + taxes per person
• Deposit Policy: A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit, based on the seelcted rate plan or seasonal terms. This deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: January 3 - December 21, Cancellation notice is required seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a two (2) night charge plus state  tax for all arrivals. "No shows" result in a two (2) night room charge plus tax.
• Year-End Cancellation Policy: December 22 - January 02, for reservations arriving on or traveling through the Holiday Period of Dec. 22 – Jan. 2 a five (5) night minimum stay is required. A five (5) night deposit plus tax is required at time of booking. Cancellation notice and reservation modifications are required by December 1. Cancellations after December 1, may result in a charge equivalent to a minimum five (5) night stay, plus state tax. Any checkout earlier than the confirmed departure date will incur a five (5) night charge of room and tax, to include unused nights. “No shows” result in a charge equivalent to a minimum five (5) night stay, room plus state tax.
