Policies

• Taxes: 12.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to total charges at check-in. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest..
• Extra Bedding charge: Rollaway beds (singles) will be charged at F$40 per night and cots/cribs are complimentary, but subject to availability.
• Deposit Policy: Full pre-payment of room and tax for the entire stay will be charged to a registered guest's valid credit card within 24 hours of booking. A 3% administrative fee applies when payment is made by credit or debit card (excludes local debit/credit cards).
• Cancellation Policy: 
  • ​Low Season (Jan 4-Mar 31; Apr 24-Jun 23; Nov 1-Dec 22; Jan 8-Mar 31): Advanced Purchase - Full prepayment of room and tax for entire stay will be charged to credit card within 24 hours of booking. No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications. Flexible - Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% of stay cancellation charge.
  • High Season (Apr 1-23; Jun 24-Sep 15; Oct 9-31): Advanced Purchase - Full prepayment of room and tax for entire stay will be charged to credit card within 24 hours of booking. No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications. Flexible - Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% of stay   cancellation charge. 
  • Peak-Festive (Sep 16-Oct 8; Dec 23-Jan 7): Advanced Purchase - Full prepayment of room and tax for entire stay will be charged to credit card within 24 hours of booking. No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications. Flexible - Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% of stay   cancellation charge.
