Policies

  • Taxes: 17.962% (Hawaii State General Excise Tax 4.712%. Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 10.25%. County Tax 3%. Subject to change).
  • Additional Persons: No additional person charge with existing bedding.
  • Deposit Policy: A refundable deposit of 50% of stay due 24 hours after time of booking. A second deposit of the remaining 50% of stay is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. If second deposit is not received 30-0 days before arrival date, initial deposit is forfeited, reservation will be cancelled and addtional cancellation charge applies. Cancellations made 30-0 days before arrival date incur full stay charge.
  • Holiday Deposit/Cancellation Policy: For stay dates of December 22-January 4 - 100% due 24 hours after booking, non-refundable. Any reservation not secured with a cash deposit or credit card guarantee is subject to cancellation without notice. 
  • Minimum Night Stay: Two (2) night minimum stay required.
  • Housekeeping: Mandatory Cleaning Charge, Damage Protection Charge and Optional Housekeeping Service Fees
