Policies

• Taxes: Room rates do not include Fijian Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other goverment surcharges. 15% VAT will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.
• Extra Bedding charge: Rollaway single beds are 115 FJD plus 15% Value Added Tax per night tax per night. Rollaway beds can only be added to Island Bure, Ocean View Bure, South Beach Bure, and North Beach Bure categories.
• Deposit Policy: Full pre-payment of room and tax for the entire stay will be charged to a registered guest's valid credit card within 24 hours of booking. All no-shows will be charged 100% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. 
• Cancellation Policy:
  • ​Low Season (Apr 24-Jun 23; Oct 9-Dec 22; Jan 8- Mar 31): Cancellations received 8-21 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Cancellations received 0-7 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. 
  • High Season (Apr 1-23; Jul 17-Sep 15): Cancellations received 22-45 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Cancellations received 0-21 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. 
  • Peak Season (Jun 24-Jul 16; Sep 16-Oct 8; Dec 23-Jan 7): Cancellations received 46-60 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Cancellations received 0-45 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges.
